Hosted by Northamptonshire Police Federation, with a headline sponsor of Leicestershire Police Federation Medical Scheme, an evening of celebration will take place on Friday (16 May).
Beginning at 6pm, a drinks reception will be followed by dinner, before the evening becomes dedicated to the recognition of many incredible Federation members and the invaluable work they have given to policing.
A total of 45 awards across six categories will be handed out to deserving winners from Northamptonshire Police in a ceremony showcasing courage, commitment and exceptional performance.

Branch secretary Charlotte Pateman.
Branch secretary and chair of the Bravery and Recognition of Good Work Panel, Charlotte Pateman said: “With the awards dinner now right around the corner, you can feel a lot of anticipation within the branch for what is expected to be a very special night.
“As secretary of the branch, as well as chair of the awards panel, I feel honoured and humbled to be able to help celebrate our amazing members. Their passion for policing, commitment to the job and compassion for others never cease to amaze us.
“This is an opportunity for us to shine a light on our local heroes.”
On the night, Charlotte will present the Women in Policing category, which will commend five female officers who have each been nominated for a Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) Outstanding Contribution to Women in Policing Award - either this year or previously.
The other categories include National Bravery, Local Bravery, Crime Excellence, Policing Excellence, along with Saving Lives and Protecting People.
The event will include a post-ceremony disco and charity raffle - with all fundraising efforts donated to Northamptonshire Police Federation Member Services Fund, which provides welfare gifts and other support to Northamptonshire Police Officers, and the Northamptonshire Police Chapter of the Police Unity Tour 2025, which raises funds for the Care of Police Survivors charity (COPS).
“A huge thank you must also be given to all of our fantastic sponsors, whose generosity has helped make this event possible,” Charlotte added.
“We feel very lucky to have so many partners who share our appreciation for all the good in policing achieved by our members day in, day out.
“On behalf of the Federation, I would like to thank each and every one of them.”
