Have your say on police finances

Gwent Federation members are being encouraged to have their say about police finances in a national survey.
Police Friendly has launched its sixth Police Family Finance Index (PFFI) to help shape the understanding of officers’ financial wellbeing.
And Gwent Police Federation members who complete the survey will have the chance of winning one of 10 amazon.co.uk gift cards.
The PFFI provides detailed insights into the financial pressures and wellbeing challenges faced by the police officers, and how they change over time.
Last year’s report revealed significant financial hardships faced by officers, and the impact on their mental health and job satisfaction.
The results from this year’s survey will provide crucial, independent data to inform future Police Pay Review submissions, and support wider discussions on pay, benefits, and wellbeing.
All eligible people who complete the survey before 30 November 2025, will be entered into a prize draw to win one of ten £100 Amazon.co.uk gift cards.
