There is a new quick access member pass available to download to your phone (see link or QR code below).
The member pass ensures you have all group insurance information in one place at the click of a button. That’s the Gwent benefits booklet, travel insurance policy, contact numbers and claims information, all in one place.
How to Add Your PW MemberPass to Your Phone Wallet
- Click the link or scan the QR code below using your phone.
(Tap “Add to Wallet” when prompted.
- To view full scheme details:
- iPhone: Open Wallet, tap the pass, then tap the (•••) in the top right corner. If you opened Wallet by double-clicking the side button, tap the (i) icon.
- Android: Open the pass and tap “Pass Details”.
✅ From there, you’ll see:
- Scheme Benefits Booklet
- Travel Policy
- Claims Info
- Clickable phone numbers and email links
🔄 No need to re-download – your pass updates automatically when we make changes.

Travel policy update 17 April 2025
Please be aware there are changes to the SmartDelay Plus benefit as detailed in the Group Insurance Scheme’s Travel Policy.
You will now need to register for the SmartDelay Plus benefit at least 48 hours in advance of your flight.
This replaces the previous rule of 24 hours which is currently displayed on Page 9 of the travel policy.
Please ensure you are familiar with the new rule to avoid any future disappointments.
Revised copies of the travel policy will be published and distributed shortly.
