Shortlist drawn up for Essex Police Federation Bravery Awards

The Federation has shortlisted the police officers who’ll be invited to the first ever Essex Police Federation Bravery Awards in April 2020.

Officers named as overall winners will go on to the National Police Bravery Awards in London in July. Uniform Mortgages is the lead sponsor for the event.

Federation Chairman Steve Taylor said: “We’re inviting nearly 30 serving officers and their partners to join us at a celebration at the Radisson Hotel. We want to take the time to recognise the brave acts that go on almost every day in Essex, up and down the county, and to recognise the partners that support those officers to do those things. And hopefully we’ll thoroughly enjoy ourselves!”
