Will Surgery

The Federation Office will be holding Will surgeries periodically which will be advertised on the Force circulator.

Initial Consultation = FREE and no obligation to proceed (usual fee £200 plus VAT)

Wills

Simple Single Will = £100 plus VAT (usual fee £250 plus VAT) reduction of 60%, previously 50%.

Simple Mirror Wills = £150 plus VAT (usual fee £350 plus VAT) reduction of 57%, previously £50%.

Any more complex wills discussed and quotes provided at the appointment based upon individual’s circumstances.  These will include 20% reduction from usual fees.  Any disbursements to third parties if applicable will be in addition to our fees

Lasting Powers of Attorney

For one = £360 plus VAT (usual fee £450 plus VAT) reduction of 20% as previously.

For two = £520 plus VAT (usual fee £650 plus VAT) reduction of 20% as previously.

For four = £760 plus VAT (usual fee £950 plus VAT) reduction of 20% as previously.

Any disbursements to third parties if applicable will be in addition to our fees.

Other Matters

If assistance is needed for any other matters this will be discussed and a quotation provided at the initial consultation.  Reduced fees will not apply to such work as previously.
