Police Care UK are launching the biggest UK joint forces Get Active Challenge yet!

The UK's emergency services community had come together and Police Care UK are partnering with The Firefighters Charity, The Ambulance Staff Charity and The Children's Air Ambulance to kick start the year with a month long Blue Light Get Active Challenge, sponsored by Blue Light Card.

We want everyone who supports our Fire, Police and Ambulance service officers and staff members  to sign up and get moving to boost your mental health and physical wellbeing, all whilst supporting our national blue light charities who do so much to support the health and wellbeing of our frontline personnel Our free fundraising places are limited so sign up today!. 

You can walk, run, cycle, take one of Joe Wick's energetic online PE classes or simply dance around your living room - it all counts. This year we have also added mindfulness and 'acts of kindness' which will even get you bonus points, so bend, stretch or just do something kind for someone and we'll give you points in return!
