GROUP INSURANCE REBATE FOR COHABITING OFFICERS/RETIRED OFFICERS

If you co-habit with another officer (or retired officer) and you both pay for the full Group Insurance Scheme then there is some great news! Because both are paying for 'Family Travel Insurance' we have negotiated for a rebate which equates to the travel insurance subscription for one of the members.  So that's £38.88 rebate for the full 12 months.  You can find the form below, print it off, fill it out and send to the Federation office at 2 River Court, Pynes Hill, Exeter, EX2 5JL - either internal or external post.
