Federation backs colleagues as part of Response Policing Week

Today is the start of the fourth national response policing ‘week of action’.

Response policing is more challenging and complex than it has ever been and the hard-working officers across the country deserve to pause and recognise the excellent work that they do.

Online sessions are being provided throughout the week by Oscar Kilo on subjects such as resilience and wellbeing and colleagues are invited to attend these if they are able.

The Federation have provided funding for some small treats throughout the week and will be out and about across the county.

Please come and have a chat, or alternatively if you wish to speak about something impacting you privately, speak to any of the workplace Reps or come to the Federation premises at HQ.
