Surrey Police officer pay and morale survey

In a recent survey of 679 Surrey Police officers:

58.8% of officers said their morale is low

72.8% of officers said that they would not recommend joining the police to others

64.0% of officers said that they did not feel valued within the police

16.7% of officers say they intend to leave the police service within two years

80.8% of officers say do not feel fairly paid for the responsibilities their job
