Further Wellbeing support and guidance from within policing and beyond are accessible via our AskTwice pages.

Toolkits are available here that offer help and advice for mental health and wellbeing issues; guidance for dealing with trauma using Police Care UK is available too.

Cost-of-living support from policing organisations and from third party groups such as Money Saving Expert has been gathered under the AskTwice banner.

Support for those dealing with suicide, issues brought on by losing someone to suicide and for those who may be struggling with suicidal thoughts are detailed too.

If you are struggling after the loss of a loved one there is specific help for bereavement too.

If you're worried about someone's wellbeing and do not know how to talk to them about your concerns, there is support and guidance on how to have difficult conversations.
